What this project does
IB Grade Calculator converts assessment-component points into weighted subject estimates, applies the available grade boundaries, combines TOK and extended essay outcomes, and checks the main Diploma award conditions. It is intended for planning and self-review rather than official result prediction.
Why the calculator is free
The core calculator is provided without charge so students can understand how component performance may affect a subject grade. NickoMath may later support the project through clearly identified advertising, tutoring, premium analysis, or related education services. Any paid service will be presented separately from the free calculator.
How accuracy is handled
IB assessment structures, component maximums, time zones, syllabuses, and grade boundaries can change between examination sessions. The calculator uses the data identified on the page, but students should always confirm decisions with their school, DP coordinator, official results, and current IB documentation.
NickoMath and IB Grade Calculator are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization.
Development approach
The project is improved through testing, public source checking, and user feedback. Missing subjects, boundary questions, calculation issues, and accessibility problems can be reported through the contact page.
