What to include in an error report
- The subject, level, time zone, and examination session involved.
- The component points and result shown by the calculator.
- The expected result and the source used for comparison.
- Your browser and device if the issue concerns layout or controls.
Privacy requests
Do not submit passwords, API keys, official candidate numbers, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive personal data. For a privacy-related request, select “General suggestion,” write “Privacy request” at the beginning, and provide a reply email.
Response expectations
Feedback is reviewed as development capacity allows. Submission does not guarantee an individual response, a particular change, or a fixed response time.
